Product Returns 

To initiate a product return, please complete and submit the form below.  Asterisks (*) indicate a required field.

First off, we acknowledge that any time you have to return a product for any reason it is a hassle, so we will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible.  Once we review your request to return the product you purchased we may email or call you with questions to clarify our understanding of the issue(s), or notify you of any reasons the product does not qualify for a return or refund.  If the product does qualify for a return and/or refund or exchange, we will send you return shipping labels and instructions on how to package and ship the product back to our returns warehouse.

If a product is being exchanged for a replacement, as soon as we receive the return product we will notify you and ship out the replacement.  If a refund is requested and approved, we will notify you of the refund once the product you are returning is received at our returns warehouse.  Thank you for being a Vectus Sport customer, your satisfaction matters to us greatly, so we will do our best to make this process as smooth as possible.
