When can I buy the VTR-10 Pedals?
Though we have developed a strong working prototype, there are critical features that we need to perfect and test before releasing the pedals for sale. We are running a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign in June and July of 2021 to raise development funding for that effort.
Can I wear my riding shoes with Vectus Pedals (even though they have cleats on them for my current clipless pedals?
It all depends upon how prominent your cleats are on the bottom of your shoes. If the cleats are fairly recessed it should be fine, but you will have to take a test run to see for yourself. For riding shoes that have cleats that stick out quite a bit, we do not recommend using them with the VTR-10 pedals. The reason is that upon pulling your foot out of the back of the pedal the cleats could catch on the release trigger and prevent prevent you from getting out quickly; you would have to push your foot out the side of the pedal to avoid interference with the cleat.
Can I use the outdoor VTR-10 pedals on my indoor stationary or spin bike?

Vectus Sport has a 90 guarantee policy on all products. If a product breaks under its intended use, we will replace the damaged item upon review of the product and receipt of your return. To initiate the warranty, email us at:
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will vary depending on location, order size and type of shipment selected. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your order, you will be responsible for covering all shipping charges and fees.
We offer shipping from FedEx, UPS and USPS with options ranging from: Fedex International, Fedex US, UPS US, UPS BE, USPS Domestic Flat Rate Envelop and USPS International Flat Rate Box, Free delivery charges may be possible for large orders and at the discretion of Vectus Sport.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once the package has been shipped, consult your tracking number and shipping carrier for any additional questions.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Vectus Sport is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Vectus Sport is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Steps to initiate a return:
1) Email Vectus Sport at email@example.com. Be sure to include a description of your product and the reason for your return as well as if you would like us to exchange, replace or refund your purchase.
2) Upon receiving your email and validating the request, Vectus Sport will email you a shipping label for your return. The Vectus return address will be present on the shipping label.
3) Drop your package off at your chosen shipping carrier and pay shipping fee.
4) Notify Vectus Sport of your return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include proof of shipment or a tracking number
5) Upon receiving and validating your return, we will either exchange, replace or refund your purchase.
